Role Overview
As the inaugural Social Media Creator at Mutiny, you will take full ownership of social media channels to elevate brand presence and engagement dramatically. You will spearhead the content creation and strategy, transforming broad concepts from leadership and customers into captivating and distinctive content that resonates and spreads organically.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage brand metrics such as awareness, impressions, and sign-ups via social platforms under your control.
- Raise the creative standards by producing standout content that captures attention and gets shared across social media.
- Administer Mutiny's representation across platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok by amplifying effective tactics and launching novel initiatives.
- Develop AI-powered content workflows, such as converting a single podcast episode into multiple content pieces, training voice models for authentic drafts, and continuously refining the content stack.
- Design and deploy bold brand campaigns that take calculated risks, backed by data insights, to differentiate Mutiny in the market.
- Create compelling product marketing materials, including motion graphics, product walkthrough videos, feature launches, and demos that clearly communicate Mutiny's value.
- Explore video content innovations, whether by rapid in-house prototyping or collaborating with agencies, focusing on short-form advertisements, customer testimonials, and new product introductions.
Candidate Profile
- Highly engaged with digital culture and trends, able to spot humor, fatigue, or emerging viral content and incorporate that insight into creations.
- Possesses strong creative instincts to develop content that grabs and retains viewer attention.
- Results-oriented and continuously iterates through fast-paced content creation and experimentation to optimize outcomes.
- Technologically proficient with a deep understanding of cutting-edge AI models and tools, particularly in AI-generated video and graphics, independently building efficient workflows.
- A visionary tastemaker willing to take smart creative risks and raise the quality bar beyond typical B2B standards, guiding internal teams and external agencies alike.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is from $100,000 to $130,000 annually.
