Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator

About the Role

We are expanding our campus team and seeking sorority members who have a passion for community building, content creation, and supporting the growth of an emerging beauty brand on their campus. This paid, part-time role requires a commitment starting at 10 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain connections with sorority chapters and student leaders.
• Organize and coordinate events focused on beauty, wellness, philanthropy, and community engagement.
• Represent Arsina Beauty at campus activities and Greek life functions.
• Produce engaging TikTok, Instagram, and user-generated content.
• Recruit peers into the Campus Ambassador Program.
• Gather and relay campus trends and feedback directly to the company's founders.

Qualifications

• Active membership in a sorority with good standing.
• Strong passion for beauty, wellness, and social media platforms.
• Enjoyment and comfort with content creation and being featured on camera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Organized, dependable, and proactive in tasks and events.
• Enthusiasm for bringing people together through events and community efforts.
