Social Media Content Producer & Videographer

About the Role

CitizenShip & Co., operating within the investment migration and corporate services sector, seeks a dynamic Social Media Content Producer & Videographer to lead and amplify its entire social media footprint from concept through publication. This full-time, onsite position is based at Barsha Heights (TECOM), Dubai, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative content strategies aligned with citizenship, residency, immigration, investment, and corporate services fields.
• Keep abreast of social trends, competitor activities, popular content formats, and audience preferences.
• Prepare detailed monthly and weekly social media calendars.
• Compose engaging scripts, captions, hooks, and calls to action suited for diverse platforms.
• Appear confidently as an on-camera presenter when needed.
• Produce a variety of content including educational, promotional, corporate, and trending materials by translating complex services into clear messages.
• Organize and shoot professional videos such as Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, interviews, testimonials, and office scenes using specialist camera, lighting, and audio gear.
• Lead video production teams and participants during shoots to maintain high-quality brand standards.
• Capture professional photographs for branding and campaigns.
• Edit short and long-form video content including captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music tailored for multiple social media platforms.
• Adapt video content into platform-specific pieces, ensuring consistent branding throughout.
• Create polished graphics for posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, ads, and promotions compliant with brand guidelines using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Manage company social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and fostering community growth organically.
• Develop and execute Meta advertising campaigns: setting objectives, targeting, budgeting, creative assets, lead generation forms, and performance optimization using Meta Ads Manager and Pixel.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports reflecting engagement, reach, leads, and advertising ROI.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven expertise in videography and comprehensive content creation.
• Strong skills in video editing and graphic design.
• Comfortable and professional appearing and speaking on camera.
• Experience managing multiple business social media profiles effectively.
• Operational knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
• Ability to autonomously handle content creation from ideation through publishing.
• Exceptional English writing and verbal communication, with scriptwriting experience.
• In-depth understanding of current social formats like Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
• Highly creative, self-motivated, organized, reliable, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Based in UAE or able to work onsite in Dubai office is mandatory.
• Submission of portfolio or showreel is compulsory for consideration.

• Regularly test new content styles, topics, and advertising creatives for optimization.
• Provide detailed monthly reporting demonstrating improvements and results.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between AED 5,000 and AED 7,000, commensurate with experience, portfolio quality, abilities in videography, editing, graphic design, on-camera presence, social media growth skills, Meta advertising knowledge, and creativity.
