Social Media Content Creator

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and confident Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging and dynamic content for three hotels: The Craig-y-Don Blackpool, The Royal Oak Lake District, and Clifton Park St Annes. This part-time role requires approximately 16 hours per week and is based onsite across the mentioned hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture behind-the-scenes footage of events, food, drinks, staff, guests (with permission), and other moments that tell the hotels' stories.
• Create compelling voiceovers to engage the audience and encourage social media interaction.
• Edit vibrant videos and reels that attract viewer attention and encourage sharing.
• Publish engaging posts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Develop fresh, humorous, and creative content ideas that inspire potential visitors to experience the hotels.

Candidate Profile

• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including knowledge of trending content.
• Proficient in filming and editing content using a smartphone.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and motivating others to participate.
• Organized and capable of maintaining a consistent content stream across three properties.
• Passionate about hospitality and able to elevate ordinary scenes into high-quality visual stories.
• Experienced with editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Possesses a strong sense of humor and an eye for recognizing viral video potential.
