About the Role

Join MOLEQLAR's marketing team as a Social Media & Community Manager based in Munich responsible for bringing our brands to life on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. In this role, you will actively grow and engage our social community focused on longevity and health. Your content will inspire people to live healthier, more autonomous lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of our social media channels including conceptualizing, producing, and publishing content independently without lengthy approvals.
• Integrate AI tools throughout your content workflow, from ideation and creation to performance evaluation.
• Continuously identify opportunities for streamlining and automating social media processes and implement improvements autonomously.
• Monitor core KPIs such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Quickly adopt and customize trends and formats relevant to the health, longevity, and biohacking fields.
• Represent MOLEQLAR as a public face on social media through formats like talking head videos, Q&A sessions, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Develop and maintain an active social media community with personal interactions, engagement activities like Q&As, polls, and challenges, and elevate highly engaged followers as brand ambassadors.
• Plan and execute offline community events such as meetups, workshops, and live podcast recordings to strengthen online community relationships.
• Collaborate closely with content creators and partners to enhance brand reach and impact.
• Create and assign briefs for creatives used in Meta performance ad campaigns and apply advertising insights to refine organic content strategies.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience managing social media, preferably within D2C, e-commerce, or health and wellness sectors.
• Proven track record building online communities and organizing community events.
• Proficient with popular content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite; some CMS experience is a plus.
• A keen eye for visual aesthetics including lighting and editing and enthusiasm for appearing on camera.
• Passion for digital trends and effective use of AI in content processes.
• Fluency in German with excellent spelling and strong communication skills.
• Interest in topics like health, biohacking, or longevity.
• Experience with Meta performance marketing including campaign management, ad creation, and testing creatives.
