About the Role

BEX Coffee is hiring a creative and self-driven Social Media & Marketing Assistant to help strengthen the café’s digital presence and support business growth. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys food, photography, and telling engaging stories through online content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the Instagram presence by planning, posting, creating reels and stories, and engaging with followers.
  • Produce and edit TikTok content, including short-form video ideas and trend-based concepts.
  • Track Google reviews and reply to customer feedback in a timely, positive manner.
  • Contribute fresh promotional and campaign ideas, including video concepts.
  • Manage simple paid social advertising on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
  • Photograph and film bakery items and café products to support marketing content.
  • Help create and share in-store promotional materials, including flyers when required.
  • Assist with everyday marketing tasks aimed at improving customer interaction and sales.

Requirements

  • Hands-on familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and entry-level digital marketing tools.
  • Strong eye for visuals, with an advantage for candidates who can edit photos and videos.
  • Imaginative thinker who can consistently bring new content ideas.
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and manage tasks independently.
  • Availability to work five days per week.
