Position Overview
This role reports directly to the Director of Brand and is pivotal in assisting with the deployment of Cabot’s global branding, content, and marketing projects. The coordinator will operate from Toronto and will facilitate consistent and timely execution of marketing campaigns across all Cabot properties and managed locations. The position acts as the main hub for social media management, content creation coordination, influencer relations, brand initiatives, and marketing operations across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and synchronize social media calendars and publishing schedules for the entire Cabot portfolio.
- Assist in organizing influencer and content creator visits by planning itineraries and managing on-site logistics.
- Maintain detailed trackers for influencer collaborations and compile metrics and campaign reports post-visits.
- Coordinate content production by working closely with property teams and creative professionals including photographers and videographers.
- Organize and upkeep digital content libraries comprising photography, video, and marketing materials.
- Support community engagement by handling social media inquiries and leveraging user-generated content.
- Maintain branding resources such as media kits and tour operator materials.
- Manage day-to-day brand requests and assist in creating marketing collateral, including signage, menus, advertisements, presentations, guidebooks, and sales assets.
- Oversee brand asset organization, templates, and guidelines ensuring consistency across all portfolios.
- Coordinate distribution of approved marketing assets to vendors, agencies, and teams.
- Assist with website updates by ensuring information such as rates, accolades, and media are current and approved.
- Support consistent brand application across guest touchpoints and marketing materials.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns, property launches, and brand initiatives by managing project timelines, creative briefs, and approvals.
- Track project progress, follow up on deliverables, and compile campaign performance reports including KPIs and summaries.
- Assist in marketing calendar planning and process improvements to optimize team workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies specializing in social media, design, and content production.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Exceptional organization and project coordination capabilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading proficiency.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for branding and design aesthetics.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Canva, with added advantage for Adobe Creative Suite knowledge.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing analytics tools is beneficial.
- Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Passion for branding, marketing, and content creation.
- Interest or experience in golf, hospitality, and luxury lifestyle sectors is a plus.
Education & Experience
- Post-secondary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or brand coordination roles.
