Role Summary

This full-time, on-site role in Bangalore (Sarjapur) is for a fresher who can manage the company’s social presence and YouTube activity. The position involves content creation, channel optimization, publishing, audience growth, and basic performance analysis across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and expand the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
• Plan, publish, and optimize YouTube material, including SEO, thumbnails, playlists, descriptions, and overall channel upkeep.
• Post content on a daily basis across social platforms to drive engagement, visibility, and reach.
• Design marketing creatives, graphics, Reels, Shorts, and other visual assets using Canva and Adobe tools.
• Edit videos for YouTube and social channels while keeping quality standards high.
• Draft compelling captions, scripts, and educational content aimed at BFSI learners and audiences.
• Research competitors and follow market trends to uncover content ideas and growth opportunities.
• Review weekly performance data and share insights to support ongoing improvements.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, look, and messaging across all channels.
• Assist with SEO-focused content planning and organic growth efforts.
• Build strategies that increase followers, subscribers, views, and overall engagement.

Additional Information

The role follows a 5-day work week. The hiring is for 10 openings. The expected start is immediate. No stipend or salary figure was provided.
