The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of fashion trends, a sharp aesthetic sense, and the ability to create captivating content that builds engaged communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement social media strategies that reflect the brand's vision.
• Manage monthly content calendars for all active platforms to ensure consistent posting.
• Conceptualize and coordinate content creation, including reels, posts, campaigns, and storytelling elements that showcase the brand.
• Publish daily stories and feed posts, maintain audience interaction through comments and direct messages, and collaborate with influencers to enhance reach.
• Analyze social media metrics to track performance and refine strategies for optimal results.
• Support digital campaign launches with creative concepts and activities.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty brands is preferred.
• Proficient understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• A creative mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
