Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities on owned social channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, including content planning, publishing, engagement, and performance analysis.
- Create and edit blog articles that simplify complex supply chain concepts into engaging, shareable stories, covering thought leadership, customer insights, and product news.
- Oversee end-to-end newsletter production, from content selection and writing to distribution.
- Design visually appealing social media graphics and light marketing materials in Canva, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Edit short-form videos by trimming clips, adding captions, and tailoring content to each platform.
- Develop and nurture a network of influencers by coaching in-house experts and executives on social posting and cultivating relationships with external creators and industry voices.
- Analyze channel performance metrics to continuously optimize content and engagement strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or closely related fields.
- Exceptional writing skills with ability to clearly explain complex logistics topics in an engaging and accessible manner.
- Proven experience managing multiple owned media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Intimate knowledge of social media best practices tailored to the unique attributes of each platform.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design using Canva to produce neat and brand-consistent visuals.
- Competency in basic video editing for social media clips, including captioning and packaging without a dedicated production team.
- Strong multitasking skills and accountability over managing multiple channels and deadlines simultaneously.
- Desirable: Experience in building influencer or creator programs, or background in B2B, logistics, or technology sectors.
