Role Overview
This position is ideal for someone who is deeply immersed in content, understands the social media environment naturally, and knows how to translate a beauty brand into compelling visual storytelling. As a Social Content Producer, you will manage the full production process for Huda Beauty’s social channels and create content that captures attention while strengthening community connection. The role sits at the crossroad of storytelling, brand identity, and execution, working closely with multiple teams to deliver content that is aligned with the brief, consistent with the brand, and designed to perform.
Key Responsibilities
You will oversee social content production from beginning to end across multiple platforms, including model tutorials, ASMR-style pieces, and fast-moving social-first formats. You will also be responsible for planning production schedules, managing budgets, preparing shot lists and call sheets, and keeping deliverables on track.
The role includes coordinating photoshoots, video shoots, collaborations with creators, and behind-the-scenes content capture. You will work with vendors, photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, talent, and agencies to bring ideas to life while ensuring all outputs follow brand standards, creative direction, and business goals.
You will produce content tailored to platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging channels, while supporting short-form video, tutorials, product demos, trend-led content, and educational beauty pieces.
On the project management side, you will own the production calendar, guide workflows from concept to final handoff, monitor deadlines and approvals, and keep asset libraries and content systems well organised.
Requirements
The role calls for a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Journalism, or a related discipline. Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of experience in content production, digital marketing, creative production, or a similar field.
Experience creating content for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands is important, along with a solid grasp of social platforms, content trends, and digital marketing. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and bring strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Additional expectations include prior collaboration with agencies, creators, and production partners; experience in the beauty or cosmetics space; familiarity with influencer marketing and creator partnerships; and working knowledge of content management systems and project management tools. A practical understanding of photography, videography, editing, and post-production workflows is also needed, as well as exposure to e-commerce content production.
The ideal candidate has a strong record of delivering content and campaign assets on time, maintaining quality and brand consistency, contributing to social engagement and performance, managing production budgets efficiently, and supporting wider campaign goals such as brand awareness and revenue growth.
