The Role

As a Creative Project Manager within OnePay's Growth Marketing team, you will play a critical role in managing the complete lifecycle of creative assets across paid social, Universal App Campaigns (UAC), and more. Your duties include ensuring projects move from concept through to execution efficiently, balancing creativity with data-driven performance targets, and integrating AI-first methodologies in asset creation and iteration. Success in this role means maintaining fast-moving, on-brand creative pipelines while ensuring compliance processes are streamlined.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire creative production journey spanning paid social, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and UAC, coordinating closely with Growth channel leads from project brief to final asset delivery and trafficking.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Growth channel leads to maintain an organized creative testing schedule, guaranteeing tests are planned, produced, approved, and deployed on time.
  • Manage the creative workflow including concept development, briefing internal/external creative teams, delivering actionable feedback, and handling legal review and approvals.
  • Lead the compliance approval process for all creative content and landing page changes, working with Legal and banking partners to keep workflows swift and compliant.
  • Coordinate updates to websites and landing pages among Growth, Product, and Creative teams, tracking modifications and confirming launch readiness.
  • Handle video asset trafficking to YouTube, manage the handoff for SEM creatives, and ensure Custom Product Pages on App Store Connect are up-to-date.
  • Develop and sustain a diverse pipeline of creative assets that comply strictly with platform guidelines and best practices.
  • Manage project schedules and oversee seamless cross-functional collaboration to meet deadlines and launch campaigns punctually.
  • Proactively integrate AI tools into creative workflows to enhance efficiency and elevate quality consistently.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of five years' experience in creative strategy focusing on paid media within the direct-to-consumer (DTC) sector, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in financial services or regulated industries.
  • A broad skill set covering various creative formats and paid media platforms.
  • History of managing complex review and approval processes involving legal or compliance teams.
  • An analytical mindset alongside a keen eye for creative excellence.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing AI technologies in creative processes and eagerness to explore their potential further.
  • Demonstrated exceptional project management abilities with aptitude for juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Thrives in dynamic, startup environments marked by rapid growth and adaptability.
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong drive to build and execute innovative solutions.
