About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage Sephora's internal social media and content calendars to ensure timely allocation of booked placements, brand launches, and internal communications.
  • Execute daily social media posts including crafting captions for Instagram and TikTok, while actively engaging by responding to comments and direct messages.
  • Develop engaging social media assets using tools such as Canva, Capcut, and in-platform video editing.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Social & Communications Executives to support the Sephora Beauty Advisor Creator Club initiatives, managing briefings and content collection.
  • Assist in planning and delivering PR events in coordination with senior team members.
  • Coordinate product distribution and media outreach in partnership with the local PR agency.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly social media performance reports for Marketing and Ecommerce teams.

Requirements

  • Completed tertiary education, ideally in business, marketing, or communications.
  • At least three years’ experience in social and content marketing within retail, e-commerce, or social media sectors, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proficient in managing Instagram business accounts, Facebook Business Manager, and TikTok platforms.
  • Familiarity with design and editing software including Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, and video editing tools.
  • A strong passion for social media trends, influencer culture, and beauty industry developments.
  • In-depth understanding of the social media landscape and influencer marketing.
  • Experience in strategizing and executing social media campaigns aimed at brand awareness, channel expansion, and sales growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Robust strategic thinking abilities.
