About the Role
As a Social Brand Coordinator for L'Oréal Paris within the Consumer Products Division, you will serve as the central analytical and organizational force of the marketing team. Your role will pivot on merging data-driven insights with operational rigor, driving digital campaigns and influencer projects to establish a solid foundation for the lasting success of renowned beauty brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects by providing operational support to marketing teams, coordinating international communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of product launches and Grawa orders.
- Analyze sales data and Nielsen/GfK market research figures to prepare monthly reports that inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist with point-of-sale initiatives and actively contribute to planning market-specific events.
- Collaborate with the Hair Care team to support influencer campaigns and infuse enthusiasm for social media and beauty into content creation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Completed commercial training and at least two years of experience in marketing or sales support roles.
- Strong command of MS Office and a solid analytical foundation with familiarity in handling data from Nielsen and GfK.
- Blends creativity with a strong understanding of influencer marketing alongside a genuine passion for social media and beauty.
- Highly organized with a proactive, hands-on approach, demonstrating resilience and the willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent team communication skills with confident demeanor and fluency in both German and English.
