Junior Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

Join us as a Junior Supply Chain Manager in Düsseldorf and play a key part in our Operations team. You will contribute to developing, producing, and delivering millions of products worldwide within a sustainable and inclusive beauty mission. As part of our team, you will work across various distribution channels such as Pharmacy, Consumer Products, Luxury, or Professional Products focusing on areas like Supply and Demand Planning, Co-Packing, or Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Take active responsibility from day one by initiating and coordinating activities within local and international networks.
• Manage and oversee the daily business planning and execution.
• Lead innovative projects and collaboratively solve complex challenges.
• Coordinate information flows and processes for optimal product procurement, availability, and inventory planning.
• Collaborate extensively with internal teams including sales, marketing, headquarters in Paris, factories, customer service, and warehouse management.
• Leverage synergies through close cooperation with external partners like suppliers and logistics firms.

Candidate Profile

• Enjoy working within a dynamic and complex industry environment.
• Possess quick learning abilities paired with a strong can-do attitude.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for performance-driven work and entrepreneurial thinking; operate independently, analytically, precisely, and with focus.
• Hold a master’s degree in economics or industrial engineering, preferably with a specialization in logistics or supply chain management.
• Have gained initial practical experience via internships or working student roles, ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Be fluent in German and English, with strong skills in Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
