Key Responsibilities
- Manage small business customers’ business and home lending requests with simplicity and efficiency.
- Operate swiftly to drive revenue growth and promote customer advocacy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance NAB’s position as the preferred bank.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to offer customized, comprehensive banking solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with our Retail Branch and Broker network to boost portfolio performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong motivation to form authentic connections that empower customers to realize their business ambitions.
- Experience in lending within business or retail banking environments.
- Thorough knowledge of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) market.
- Excellent customer relationship management capabilities.
- Proficient problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
