Role overview
This is a full-time retail customer service position based in Hamilton, New Zealand, working Monday to Friday for 40 hours each week, with a rotating Saturday roster as required. The role offers a salary plus bonus opportunities.
As a Sleep Coach, you will represent Resmed in the Hamilton retail clinic and play a key part in helping customers improve their sleep, wellbeing, and quality of life. The position combines customer care, sales, and clinic support in a health-focused retail environment.

Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their concerns, and guide them toward personalised sleep solutions.
- Recommend products and services that support better sleep and contribute to sales goals.
- Keep the retail clinic and store presentation at a high standard, including merchandising, cleanliness, and stock control.
- Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of Resmed’s sleep solutions through training and regular product updates.
- Build long-term customer relationships by following up, checking progress, and offering continued support.
- Handle POS transactions, cash management, and routine administrative work with accuracy.
- Support the handling, checking, and upkeep of trial and demonstration equipment.
- Work closely with the wider team to achieve excellent customer outcomes.
- Be available for a rotating Saturday roster.
