Role overview
EdenSleep, part of Resmed, is looking for a Sleep Coach to join the New Plymouth clinic. This role blends customer care, administration, and sales support in a setting focused on improving sleep health and overall wellbeing. It is a hands-on position where you will help customers throughout their sleep therapy journey while contributing to a supportive clinic experience.
Working arrangement
- This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
- Standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- There may be occasional Saturday work in the future.
- The role is based onsite in New Plymouth, Taranaki, New Zealand.
- Base salary is offered along with a monthly bonus in NZD.
- Training will be provided.

What the role involves
In this clinic-based role, you will support customers with care and professionalism, helping them understand sleep therapy options and guiding them toward suitable solutions. You will also work closely with the team leader, sleep physicians, and clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive experience for every customer.
Key duties
- Assist customers with empathy as they work to improve their sleep health.
- Explain sleep therapy options and provide practical education and support.
- Help coordinate sleep studies and liaise with sleep physicians when required.
- Handle reception duties, booking management, and general administrative tasks.
- Recommend suitable products and support the sales process.
- Maintain a warm, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Support customers with fitting sleep solutions.
- Carry out basic cleaning and other clinic operation tasks as needed.
