You will work closely with customers to support inventory solution services, including scanning software and vending machines used to replenish PPE and general hardware. The position offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to contribute directly to customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with customers to identify the right mix of products and services, taking into account availability, alternatives, and delivery timing.
  • Maintain smooth day-to-day operations by managing the agreed stock profiles for customer sites.
  • Monitor inventory ranges and refine them as needed to support company KPIs and keep stock levels optimised.
  • Provide dependable support for customer requests, coordinating closely with your manager and the local sales team.
  • Develop productive relationships with customers, suppliers, and the external sales team to strengthen the value delivered through the service.

What you need to bring

  • Comfort with regular travel and a willingness to work across customer sites on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to work independently and handle on-site duties such as unloading and restocking vending machines accurately.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.
  • Confidence using digital tools and adapting quickly in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • A full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence.

Benefits and perks

  • Permanent employment with incentives and share plan participation.
  • Access to staff discounts across major retail brands, plus a free subscription benefit and partner offers.
  • Ongoing training and opportunities to grow your career.
  • Team events, celebrations, recognition awards, and prizes.
  • Employee Assistance Program support for you and your immediate family, including counselling, coaching, financial advice, legal support, nutritional services, and more.
  • Refer-a-friend rewards of up to $2,000 per successful referral.
  • Option to purchase up to 4 additional weeks of annual leave.
  • Generous paid parental leave.
  • Free on-site parking.
