Site Engineer – Fit-Out Residential Villas (Filipino)

Job Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Site Engineer specializing in fit-out works for residential villas. The role involves managing site execution, coordinating with installation teams, and ensuring that all projects meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and adhere to set timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations related to interior fit-out including gypsum, flooring, wall finishes, glass, stone, and ceiling installations.
• Manage the installation of joinery elements such as kitchens, wardrobes, doors, wall cladding, vanities, and custom furniture.
• Oversee aluminum and glazing works including installation of doors, windows, sliding systems, curtain walls, pergolas, and main entrance doors.
• Take precise site measurements and verify all dimensions prior to fabrication and installation.
• Interpret architectural, shop, and fabrication drawings accurately and coordinate related activities.
• Ensure all work complies with the approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and installation teams.
• Track site progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions to prevent project delays.
• Conduct thorough inspections, generate snag lists, and monitor timely resolution of identified issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in fit-out projects, joinery, aluminum works, or interior construction.
• Proven skills in site supervision, installation coordination, and maintaining quality control standards.
• Competency in taking accurate site measurements and preparing detailed reports.
• Excellent ability to read and comprehend architectural, shop, and fabrication drawings.
• In-depth knowledge of joinery, aluminum systems, glazing, interior finishes, and installation methodologies.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Possession of a valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
