Role Summary

Shift Leaders supervise team members to ensure guests experience authentic Southern hospitality. This involves promoting a friendly, welcoming environment and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Bojangles quality and safety guidelines including proper cooking techniques, managing product calls, logging temperatures, and overseeing waste management.
• Assist in developing and implementing plans to guarantee flawless execution of company standards.
• Process customer payments accurately and handle change responsibly.
• Provide clear menu explanations and answer guest inquiries about products.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting objects over 25 pounds as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a cheerful and positive demeanor.
• Passionate about serving and assisting others.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Enjoys and values teamwork.
• Experience handling cash transactions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
