Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team by ensuring adherence to Bojangles' quality and safety regulations through appropriate cooking practices, monitoring product availability, maintaining temperature logs, and managing waste effectively.
- Support developing and implementing strategies that guarantee flawless compliance with company standards.
- Handle customer transactions accurately, including receiving payments and making correct change.
- Provide guests with clear explanations of the menu and respond to their product inquiries confidently.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and lifting items over 25 pounds as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades
- Liderar los estándares de calidad y seguridad mediante procedimientos correctos en cocción, control de productos, registros de temperatura y manejo de residuos.

- Recibir pagos y entregar cambio correctamente.
- Explicar el menú y resolver dudas de los clientes.
- Realizar actividades físicas como agacharse, arrodillarse, estar de pie y levantar pesos superiores a 25 libras cuando sea necesario.
