Job description
Role overview
This position sits within Deloitte’s Learning Operations team and focuses on service support for internal clients across multiple countries. The team handles end-to-end learning administration and backend operations for member firms around the world, with an emphasis on dependable service and timely resolution of requests.
What you will do
- Assist with training planning and delivery for offshore clients by handling administrative work, entering data, and updating systems.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and team leads to manage requests, share progress updates, and keep daily operations moving smoothly.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately, within deadlines, and in line with established process standards.
- Review deliverables carefully before they are sent to internal clients.
- Support team-wide efforts, work collaboratively with colleagues, and organize priorities across your workload.

Work location and shift
This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The working shift is from 2 PM to 11 PM.
Required qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required. You should be comfortable with Excel tasks such as sorting, filtering, and removing duplicates. Strong email-based business communication is also needed, along with experience working with spreadsheet trackers or workflow systems. Prior exposure to administrative support, backend operations, or learning operations work is expected.
Preferred background
Additional advantage will be given to candidates who have created PowerPoint presentations, used virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, or Microsoft Teams, handled cases or service requests, or worked with internal stakeholders to clarify and resolve support needs.
