About the Role

Steele Auto Group is looking for a Service Video Advisor to join the Steele Mazda St. John's team in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. This position is focused on helping customers understand their vehicle’s service needs through clear video-based assessments and communication. The role is well suited to someone who is detail-driven, customer-oriented, and comfortable working closely with automotive service teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Record accurate video walk-throughs of customer vehicle repairs and service findings.
  • Explain the technicians’ assessment and recommended next steps clearly in video format.
  • Share completed videos with customers quickly and efficiently.
  • Help maintain a clean and orderly service department.
  • Provide support across the service department as needed.
  • Organize internal estimates for pre-owned vehicles.
  • Coordinate deliveries for new and used vehicles.
  • Prepare internal work orders for new vehicle stock.
  • Work alongside customer-facing service advisors to support smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfort speaking on camera to explain service processes, with voice-only delivery.
  • A punctual, precise, and detail-focused work style.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities with limited supervision.
  • Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving abstract.
