Job Overview

A successful repair at Steele Mazda St. John's relies on a Parts Advisor adept at maintaining workflow. Acting as the crucial link between customers, technicians, and suppliers, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely delivery of genuine Mazda parts. Your organizational skills, product expertise, and meticulous attention to detail will be key to providing the exceptional service experience our customers expect, whether servicing a Mazda3, CX-5, CX-50, or CX-90.

What You'll Do

• Manage the ordering and tracking of parts for ongoing customer vehicle repairs, ensuring promptness.
• Collaborate effectively with technicians and the service department to facilitate job completion.
• Process parts orders with accuracy.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and checks.
• Foster and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.

• Prior experience in parts management is advantageous.
