Service & Maintenance Technician (Fire Pumps & Water Pumps)

Elite HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled Service and Maintenance Technician to handle installation, inspection, repair, and upkeep of fire pumps and water pump systems based in Dubai, UAE. The role demands adherence to safety protocols while offering exceptional service to clients.

Primary Duties

• Install, service, diagnose, and fix issues in fire pumps, water pumps, booster pumps, and associated systems.
• Carry out scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on pump equipment.
• Identify mechanical and electrical problems and implement repairs effectively.
• Perform on-site inspections, routine servicing, and respond to emergency breakdown requests.
• Test pump systems and commission them to ensure they function at peak efficiency.
• Document maintenance activities by preparing detailed service reports and keeping meticulous records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality benchmarks in all tasks.
• Collaborate with the service team to complete assignments promptly within set timelines.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in servicing and maintaining fire pump and water pump systems.
• In-depth knowledge of pump system installation, fault diagnosis, repairs, and preventive care.
• Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Strong communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently or within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to different customer sites throughout the UAE.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is essential.
