Service Driver

Role overview

We are hiring a Service Driver for the Okehampton branch to support customers across Redruth, Cornwall, Camborne, and nearby locations. This is a hands-on field role suited to someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and delivering high-quality service to customers. Full training is provided, so previous experience is not necessary.

What the role involves

You will travel between customer sites and maintain washroom service products, which may include feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers, and floor mats. The position combines driving, physical work, and customer interaction.

• Load and unload washroom units and floor mats at customer premises.
• Keep the vehicle in safe working condition and drive in line with company safe-driving guidance.
• Provide a professional, helpful service and represent the business positively at all times.

Pay, schedule, and working pattern

The role offers a basic salary of £26,655 per year. Expected earnings are £327,479 per year including bonus and commission opportunities. This is a permanent, full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule based on a 40-hour week. There is also the possibility of moving to a 48-hour week in future, with a salary increase to match. Overtime may be available when customer demand requires it.

What you need

You must hold a full UK driving licence for more than two years and have no more than six penalty points. Strong customer service and communication skills are important, along with flexibility to adapt to business needs. We are looking for someone who uses initiative, brings a positive attitude, and takes pride in their work. A DBS check may be required depending on the position.
