Role overview
This is a permanent, full-time driving and customer service position based in Newcastle West, Limerick. The role is scheduled for 39 hours per week and begins and ends at your home each workday.
The position offers a starting salary of €29,350, with an on-target earnings potential of €32,500.
What the job involves
You will support a varied customer base by delivering services efficiently and professionally, using sound judgement to choose the most suitable solution for each situation. The work includes carrying out site services, installing and fitting products or units, collecting and exchanging equipment, and maintaining a consistently high level of service. Where appropriate, you will also look for opportunities to generate additional sales while working toward company performance goals.
Key duties
- Complete customer service requests in a courteous, professional, and timely way.
- Keep service management informed with regular updates and relevant feedback on customer requests and related matters.
- Make sure all products, stock, and services provided to customers are appropriate for their needs.
- Help develop route plans and solutions for new customer service needs.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Work to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Candidate requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a full clean Irish or EU driving licence, the ability to manage priorities and deadlines, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a clear focus on delivering excellent customer service. Attention to detail, accuracy, initiative, and a positive can-do mindset are also important.
