Job description
Job Purpose
This entry-level procurement role is designed to help UAE Nationals build practical experience in purchasing and sourcing activities. The position contributes to smooth day-to-day procurement operations by supporting timely and cost-conscious buying of goods and services, while also developing the core capabilities needed for future growth within the procurement function.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily procurement work such as processing purchase requisitions, handling documentation, and entering data into the purchasing system.
- Help place orders with approved suppliers in accordance with company processes and delegated approval limits.
- Liaise with internal teams to collect requirements and ensure purchase requests are complete and accurate.
- Track supplier order progress and follow up to help ensure goods and services are delivered on time.
- Keep procurement records, supplier files, and purchasing logs organized for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Support communication with vendors and help maintain professional working relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Assist, under supervision, with preparing LPOs, PRs, and basic procurement reports.
- Work in line with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Procurement Team as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
The role is intended for UAE Nationals only. A High School Diploma is required. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a similar field is preferred. Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience in procurement, administration, or operations, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Accurate entry and maintenance of procurement data and documents
- Consistent follow-up with suppliers and tracking of delivery timelines
- Well-maintained procurement logs and open-item reports
- Successful completion of assigned procurement training and onboarding checkpoints
