Harmony Auto operates as a global dealership group with a focus on premium and luxury automobiles. In 2023, it established a strategic partnership with BYD, managing multiple international market channels for BYD brands.
Overview
To support Denza's expansion in New Zealand, the company is seeking service advisors to join the team and help develop the brand's presence in new regions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Promote and enhance dealership maintenance service offerings.
- Schedule and manage customer vehicle maintenance appointments efficiently.
- Welcome customers and prepare accurate work orders.
- Oversee and communicate progress of vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Ensure vehicles are properly prepared and delivered following servicing.
- Handle vehicle delivery and collection with customers.
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction after service.
- Coordinate the procurement of special parts as required.
- Apply warranty policies consistently and fairly.
- Assist in pre-delivery inspections and the handover process of new vehicles.
- Provide exemplary customer service by addressing questions and issues promptly.
- Resolve any client concerns through proactive communication.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or higher education in Automotive or related disciplines.
- Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements associated with automotive service.
- Over three years’ experience in automotive repair or closely related fields.
- At least one year in a customer service role.
- Experience or familiarity with BYD or Toyota operational standards is a plus.
Skills and Attributes
- Proficient with computers and related software applications.
- Excellent communication and analytical capabilities.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, teamwork orientation, professional appearance, and maintains composure under pressure.
