Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, warmly greeting guests and understanding their requirements.
• Ensure every customer receives the acclaimed "World’s Warmest Welcome" upon arrival.
• Efficiently direct visitors with appointments to the appropriate sales executives, facilitating a seamless transition and professional customer service experience.
• Offer a courteous and appreciative farewell to all departing clients to reinforce customer care and acknowledgment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be an Emirati with a valid Family Book.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• A minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent.
