Role overview

What you will do

• Act as the initial contact for customers arranging servicing and repair appointments.
• Explain service recommendations, expected turnaround times and pricing in a straightforward way.
• Keep customers and workshop staff aligned so jobs move smoothly through the process.
• Handle job records accurately, including paperwork and invoicing.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the full service journey.

What we are looking for

• Experience in a Service Advisor position or another customer-facing role; experience in automotive or transport is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication, along with good organisational ability.
• A practical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
• Comfort using computer systems and a careful eye for detail.
• A collaborative attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
