Role Summary

As a Servery Staff member, you will play an essential role in providing nourishing meals that promote the health and wellbeing of our residents. This position involves working collaboratively with kitchen and care teams to foster a welcoming, safe, and professional environment during mealtimes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and serve food with care and attention.
• Set up dining areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support residents’ dietary needs and meal preferences, with guidance provided.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in kitchen and dining spaces.
• Engage residents with warmth and dignity in every interaction.

Candidate Profile

You should bring empathy and respect when interacting with elderly residents, meticulous attention in following dietary guidelines, and a sound understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Requirements

• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory).
• Food Handling Certificate is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, food service, or kitchen environments.

Additional Information

• Availability is required Monday through Saturday, in both morning and afternoon shifts.
