About Inspira Education

Inspira Education Group is a rapidly expanding edtech company in the United States, built around a mission to make premium coaching accessible so students everywhere can pursue the strongest possible opportunities. The company brings together leading admissions coaching across medical, legal, business, and college pathways, combining software and services to challenge outdated application processes and create a more equitable experience for applicants from varied backgrounds around the world.

Supported by well-known venture capital firms and investors such as Zeev Ventures, Quiet Capital, Craft Ventures, and Jeff Fluhr, the organization continues to scale quickly in the global education technology space.

Role Overview

Inspira Education is looking for a creative, detail-focused SEO Content Writer to join its marketing team in Toronto. This position sits at the intersection of content development, SEO strategy, and brand storytelling, with the goal of attracting, informing, and converting prospective students for Inspira Education Group’s brands, including Inspira Advantage, Quad Education, and Juris Education.

You will partner with SEO strategists, subject matter experts, and senior writers to produce high-quality content that performs well in search engines and also aligns with generative AI discovery platforms. Your work may include long-form guides, expert articles, landing pages, case studies, and other assets that influence students and families during important decision-making stages.

The role suits someone who enjoys blending creativity with structured optimization practices. You should be comfortable writing human-centered content while applying SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles. In a fast-moving growth environment, you will have room to experiment with content formats, deepen your knowledge of higher education marketing, and contribute directly to the company’s digital growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support subject matter experts and senior leaders in producing engaging editorial assets such as blogs, guides, and case studies.
  • Work with the SEO team to improve content performance and help deliver special projects as needed.
  • Draft and refine copy with editors and senior writers so it aligns with search intent, user needs, and business goals.
  • Repurpose content for different channels and formats, including web, social media, video, and forums, while keeping the messaging original and clear.
  • Track emerging trends, research, and developments related to the future of higher education.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and contribute effectively in a fast-growth environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in copywriting and editing.
  • Strong grasp of on-page SEO fundamentals, including E-E-A-T, search intent, semantic SEO, helpful content principles, and information gain.
  • Working knowledge of GEO strategies and how to structure content for visibility in AI- and LLM-driven discovery environments.
  • Proven ability to adapt content for multiple channels and formats without losing originality or clarity.
  • Strong research ability and comfort with complex topics.
  • Ability to turn complicated information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
  • Solid collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with different stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong command of grammar and language.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong time management skills and a consistent standard of quality.
  • Comfort following detailed instructions for formatting, SEO, GEO, and conversion-focused content.
  • Bonus: familiarity with multimedia creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite, as well as podcasting and video editing.

Compensation

The targeted base salary for this position is CAD 60,000. Final pay will depend on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal pay alignment, and the job location. The balance between base salary and target incentive will be confirmed at the time of offer, and the company may adjust the pay range at its discretion.

Inspira Education Group is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and benefits without discrimination based on race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected characteristic.
