Role overview
The SEO / AI Search Growth Manager will own organic growth initiatives across traditional search and AI-powered search platforms. The role focuses on increasing traffic, visibility, and conversions for crypto, US stocks, and wealth management offerings through a mix of SEO strategy, content growth, and search analytics.
Responsibilities
- Shape and lead global organic growth and SEO plans across Google as well as AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Improve organic traffic, brand exposure, and user conversion for crypto, US equities, and wealth-management products.
- Strengthen technical SEO, on-page optimization, site structure, and overall search performance on an ongoing basis.
- Work closely with product, content, and growth teams to support content expansion and programmatic SEO efforts.
- Use AI-powered tools to enhance keyword discovery, content creation, search reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Measure and interpret core SEO and growth KPIs, then turn findings into actionable optimization suggestions.
- Keep track of AI-search developments, Google algorithm changes, and shifts in search behavior, updating strategy as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or content growth roles.
- Practical knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and SEO data interpretation.
- Understanding of AI search, AI-assisted content workflows, and the evolving AI search landscape.
- Comfort using Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical ability paired with a growth-focused mindset.
- Experience using AI tools for content generation, SEO analysis, and automation.
- Good English communication skills and experience producing or optimizing content for international audiences.
Preferred experience
- Background in crypto, securities, US stock brokerage, online finance, fintech, or trading platforms.
- Exposure to programmatic SEO or large-scale content growth work.
- Experience with US stocks, ETFs, investment topics, or financial content.
- Work on multilingual SEO or global growth initiatives.
- Involvement in AI SEO, GEO, or AEO-related projects.
