Role Summary
The Senior Vice President of Partnerships will drive significant enterprise growth by spearheading strategic sales efforts. This critical leadership role involves cultivating vital partnerships, increasing revenue streams, and establishing Later as the preferred collaborator for top-tier global brands and agencies. The SVP will lead negotiations, develop scalable sales frameworks, and collaborate cross-functionally to align internal teams with evolving client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize new enterprise opportunities within brand and agency markets.
- Leverage industry insights to maintain Later’s innovative and distinctive product offerings.
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects to generate substantial net new revenue.
- Lead and structure complex enterprise deals that provide measurable value for clients and scalable benefits for Later.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor influencer marketing solutions, branded content, and analytics to enterprise needs.
- Create and refine scalable sales processes to maximize deal velocity and enhance partner satisfaction.
- Provide cross-departmental leadership ensuring partnership objectives align with overall business strategy.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers at global brands, agencies, and platform partners.
- Represent Later at industry events and forums as a seasoned thought leader and brand ambassador.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of comprehensive enterprise solutions.
- Perform competitive and market research to identify growth opportunities and close gaps.
- Apply data-driven methodologies to continuously optimize partnership strategies and execution.
- Stay current on creator economy trends to evolve Later’s enterprise positioning accordingly.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in SaaS, marketing technology, or creator economy sectors.
- Proven track record in negotiating and closing complex, large-scale enterprise deals involving brands and agencies.
- In-depth understanding of the creator economy, social media landscapes, and influencer marketing with solid industry connections.
- Experience scaling partnership or enterprise sales teams and developing repeatable, efficient processes.
- Exceptional skills in executive relationship management and high-level negotiations.
- Familiarity with CRM and data analytics tools such as Salesforce for strategic insights and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or an advanced degree is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
The company employs a data-driven approach to compensation, benchmarking against market values based on role, experience, and location. The salary is reviewed bi-annually considering performance and market trends. The compensation package includes:
- Base salary range: $175,000 to $225,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Significant and uncapped commission structure.

Location and Working Environment
Although headquartered in Boston, MA, Vancouver, BC, and Vancouver, WA, this position is fully remote for candidates located in North America.
