About HealthVerity
HealthVerity leads in providing infrastructure for identity, privacy, governance, and data exchange serving pharmaceutical, insurance, and government sectors. Their platform processes over 250 billion HIPAA-compliant transactions covering 340 million Americans and offers identity resolution that is ten times more accurate than traditional systems. Following their acquisition of Symphony Health in May 2026, HealthVerity combines their Marketplace and Identity Manager with Symphony Health's legacy in pharma data and analytics platforms such as Integrated Dataverse, Synoma tokenization, PatientSource, and brand analytics portfolios.
This merger has created a comprehensive company spanning the entire pharmaceutical lifecycle including research, real-world evidence, government, media, and commercial markets with extensive patient coverage and top-tier data suppliers.
Role Overview
The Senior Vice President of Product will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for this newly consolidated company. Reporting directly to the CEO and part of the executive leadership team, this role will focus on translating HealthVerity’s and Symphony Health’s capabilities into cutting-edge, market-leading offerings that leverage data, analytics, and AI for growth and differentiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a unified, multi-year product strategy spanning diverse healthcare data types and delivery models.
- Lead the integration of HealthVerity and Symphony Health products into a coherent platform.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing, commercial strategy, and capital deployment.
- Build and scale a world-class product management team and establish best practices and standards.
- Innovate AI-driven product features, ensuring responsible AI use within regulated healthcare settings.
- Serve as the company’s authoritative voice on healthcare data and artificial intelligence in external engagements.
- Guide customer insight initiatives to shape product and pricing decisions across various healthcare segments.
- Manage full product lifecycle including financial and operational KPIs, ensuring portfolio profitability and long-term value creation.
- Oversee smooth product integration post-merger with a focus on capturing synergies and maintaining client commitments.
Candidate Profile
- Over 18 years in product leadership with minimum 5 years in senior roles overseeing broad product portfolios.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare data, life sciences, or health technology ecosystems.
- Experience handling multiple types of healthcare data and understanding their market fit.
- Successful track record in shipping AI and machine learning-powered products, with a stance on responsible AI.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and scale product teams globally.
- Strong commercial acumen and participation in corporate strategy, M&A, and board-level decision-making.
- Experience navigating complex, regulated environments with significant commercial outcomes.
- Preferred experience in post-merger product integration and familiarity with modern data infrastructures and compliance standards.
How You Work
- Raise standards for product strategy and leadership.
- Communicate complex topics clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Exhibit versatility across client, technical, and executive contexts.
- Prioritize delivering value over accumulating features.
- Build trust through expertise, integrity, and consistent delivery.
Why Join HealthVerity
- Opportunity to influence a leading healthcare data and AI company at a pivotal time.
- Role on the executive team with direct impact on long-term strategy and integration.
- Access to one of the largest U.S. healthcare datasets and industry expertise.
