Role Overview
This position is for a Senior Vice President of Marketing at a rapidly expanding, venture-backed AI-focused enterprise SaaS firm. The company specializes in revolutionizing how major global organizations handle customer experience, automation, and AI-driven engagement through their advanced platform that incorporates agentic AI, generative AI, and automation technologies. Serving complex Fortune 500 clients worldwide, this executive role leads the global marketing function spanning the USA, Canada, and India, emphasizing revenue generation, category leadership, and full-funnel growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own global pipeline creation objectives, including SQLs, pipeline value, and influenced revenue.
- Develop and amplify enterprise demand generation efforts targeting Fortune 500 segments.
- Implement account-based marketing tactics for enterprise accounts valued $1M to $5M.
- Collaborate extensively with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams on forecasting and lead conversion.
- Craft and maintain marketing systems that reliably generate measurable revenue.
- Define and communicate category positioning for AI-native agentic automation platforms.
- Translate intricate AI functionalities into clear business value propositions accessible to enterprise audiences.
- Manage messaging tailored to technical and executive stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, COOs, VP Customer Success, and SVP Revenue Operations.
- Lead the launch of product features and platform expansions across AI and vertical-specific use cases.
- Differentiate the company competitively within the AI and customer experience automation sectors.
- Establish brand and category leadership in Agentic AI for Enterprise Customer Experience, including managing analyst relations and thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop an AI-first marketing operations function leveraging advanced AI tools and automation for campaign execution, content creation, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting, and forecasting.
- Oversee marketing technology stacks and integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, 6sense, Gong, and Clari, ensuring data integrity and attribution accuracy with Revenue Operations.
- Build and scale a comprehensive ABM program targeting top-tier global accounts, with personalized and multi-touch marketing journeys aligned with sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to enhance retention, expansion, and advocacy, including storytelling, case study development, and executive councils.
- Lead global content strategy focused on AI research and enterprise thought leadership, and manage events, webinars, and industry presence while developing partner marketing ecosystems.
- Ensure marketing metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates are aligned with business outcomes and contribute to revenue predictability.
- Design and implement AI-driven marketing systems that minimize manual work through predictive models, automated segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Build and guide a high-performing global marketing team encompassing demand generation, product marketing, content, marketing operations, lifecycle management, and brand development with a culture focused on speed, experimentation, and accountability.
Qualifications
- More than 12 years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly involving agentic AI and native AI technologies in companies progressing from Series B to public markets.
- Executive level experience (SVP, VP, or equivalent), with a demonstrated ability to generate enterprise SaaS leads and close deals.
- Proven success working with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprise customers.
- Expertise in pipeline generation (marketing qualified leads, top of funnel) with direct revenue impact preferably involving enterprise accounts valued between $1M and $5M.
- Deep knowledge of AI, automation, data infrastructure, and enterprise software market dynamics.
- Strong partnership and alignment skills with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success executives.
- Exceptional analytical skills with fluency in revenue measurement and forecasting methodologies.
- Experience communicating to both technical and executive buyer personas including CIOs, CTOs, COOs, VP Customer Success, and SVP Revenue Operations.
Additional Details
Compensation for this remote role includes a base salary between $280,000 and $300,000, with potential bonuses ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, and equity awards valued between $50,000 and $75,000. Candidates must reside in one of the specified US states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Only applicants with experience at Series B through E, or publicly traded companies in the B2B SaaS global enterprise AI space will be considered.
