Role Overview

The Senior Vice President of Global Operations is a pivotal full-time role based in Worcester, MA, structured as a hybrid position allowing remote work opportunities. This leader is responsible for directing worldwide operational functions to ensure alignment with the fund's investment strategies and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations across all regions supporting infrastructure assets.
• Initiate and drive projects to improve operational excellence, efficiency, and process optimization.
• Oversee supply chain and vendor relationships relevant to infrastructure support services.
• Formulate and implement strategic operational plans aligned with long-term business goals.
• Coordinate complex cross-functional and global projects, managing resources and timelines effectively.
• Set standards and performance metrics focusing on quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to operations teams and managers.
• Manage budgets related to operational activities.
• Collaborate closely with investment, finance, and other internal teams.
• Present operational performance reports and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in managing operations and enhancing operational excellence globally.
• Strong background in supply chain management, including vendor and logistics coordination.
• Advanced strategic planning capabilities to align operations with broader business growth objectives.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects in multi-national settings.
• Senior leadership experience within infrastructure, asset management, financial services or similar fields.
• Competence working in hybrid work settings across multiple time zones.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Educational background includes an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s related to Operations or Finance) preferred.
