About the Role
We represent a partner organization seeking a Senior Vice President, General Manager based in the United States for a remote full-time opportunity. This executive position is pivotal in shaping the future of a dynamic healthcare analytics and technology business. The role demands strategic vision execution, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across a multidisciplinary organization. Combining expertise in business leadership, technology strategy, commercialization, and client engagement, this role requires a proven leader skilled in scaling technology-enabled services and delivering measurable expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the long-term strategic business plan to identify growth, innovation pathways, partnerships, and new market opportunities.
- Lead development and advancement of product, technology, data, analytics, and AI strategies to align with changing client and market demands.
- Drive commercialization efforts focused on increasing revenue, acquiring and retaining clients, improving market positioning, and forming strategic alliances.
- Manage overall business performance, including revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Establish performance metrics and management frameworks to encourage scalable growth and ongoing improvement.
- Build and mentor an executive leadership team, fostering a culture centered on accountability, cooperation, innovation, and client satisfaction.
- Enhance organizational capabilities by recruiting, nurturing, and retaining top talent.
- Contribute strategically to wider business initiatives to broaden market presence and enhance enterprise value.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; preference given to candidates with an MBA or graduate degree in healthcare-related fields.
- Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in technology, healthcare, analytics, consulting, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership of business units or divisions with full profit and loss responsibilities.
- Track record of scaling organizations, enhancing operational maturity, and accelerating revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare analytics, healthcare technology, pharmacy benefits, health plans, consulting, or similar industries.
- Experience with development and commercialization of SaaS platforms, data platforms, analytics solutions, or technology-enabled advisory services.
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic investments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with executive stakeholders, clients, and partners effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making abilities, and relationship-building skills.

- Competitive base salary between 275000 and 325000 USD annually, with final compensation contingent on experience, skills, education, and market standards.
