Role Summary
The Senior Vice President is a full-time remote leadership position responsible for steering strategic work across investment, client, and organizational priorities. The role owns important portfolios and business areas, helps shape investment choices, sets performance expectations, and ensures activities remain aligned with risk controls and compliance requirements. Working with executive leadership, the SVP contributes to long-range growth planning, leads high-value initiatives, and improves operating efficiency. The position also includes reviewing market and financial analysis, sharpening strategy, coaching senior colleagues, and working directly with key clients to strengthen relationships and support business development. In addition, the role brings together cross-functional teams, communicates findings to internal and external audiences, and models ethical, inclusive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Direct major strategic initiatives across investment, client, and organizational functions.
- Oversee key portfolios and business lines while maintaining focus on performance and risk discipline.
- Guide investment decisions and establish targets that support firm objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to build and execute long-term growth plans.
- Lead large, high-impact projects and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends and financial data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Mentor senior team members and help strengthen leadership capability across the organization.
- Work with important clients to support relationship management and new business growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver aligned outcomes in a remote setting.

Requirements
- Significant leadership experience in investment management, asset management, or a similar financial services environment, including responsibility for strategic and P&L decisions.
- Strong expertise in portfolio oversight, financial analysis, and risk management, with evidence of strong performance in complex markets.
- Proven ability to design and execute long-term business strategies, lead major initiatives, and manage distributed or cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience addressing boards, executive groups, or institutional clients.
- Strong commitment to ethical judgment, regulatory compliance, and a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Advanced degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Professional credentials such as CFA or MBA are beneficial.
- Comfort using digital collaboration tools and working with data to make decisions in a remote environment.
