Job Overview
The primary role of the Senior Tele Caller is to generate potential sales leads specifically for Star Health Insurance policies. This involves reaching out to prospective customers, thoroughly explaining the benefits and features of Star Health Insurance products, and identifying those interested in purchasing a health insurance plan.
Candidate Profile
- Confident, intelligent, and diligent individuals with strong communication abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Tamil languages is mandatory.
- Minimum of six months experience in telesales is required for the senior telecaller role.
- Fresh candidates may apply for junior telecaller positions.
- Applicants who have completed graduation or 12th grade education are eligible.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary ranges from Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 16,000 per month inclusive of incentives for freshers.
- Experienced telecallers can expect a salary between Rs. 16,000 and Rs. 18,000 plus incentives.
- Working hours are day shifts from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Weekly off on Sundays.

Workplace Details
The office is situated at FX Services – STAR INSURANCE BPO CALL CENTER, occupying the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors at 780 Anna Salai, Nandanam, Chennai. The location is near the Nandanam Metro station on Mount Road, adjacent to the Honda Car Showroom and Huma Hospital. Accessible by bus routes 23C and 45B, disembark at Nandanam Housing Board Stop.
