Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

Connect 2 Insure is seeking motivated and confident Telecallers to enhance our sales team. The job requires making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing detailed explanations of various insurance products, and either setting appointments or closing sales directly by phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to both new prospects and current customers.
• Explain motor, health, life, and other insurance offerings clearly.
• Generate reliable leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
• Follow through with clients for quotations, policy renewals, and documentation processes.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Meet daily call targets and monthly sales goals consistently.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers.
• Address customer inquiries professionally, offering appropriate solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education of Intermediate (12th pass) or graduate.
• Strong communication skills in Telugu are essential; proficiency in English or Hindi is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency with computers is necessary.
• A positive mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or insurance is preferred but freshers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000, dependent on experience.

• Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
