This executive role requires identifying, assessing, and fostering relationships with emerging and mid-career artists who possess strong potential for global recognition. The position is integral to shaping the gallery's artist roster and enhancing its international footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate exceptional emerging and mid-career contemporary artists globally.
• Attend international art fairs, biennials, museum shows, graduate exhibitions, and independent galleries.
• Establish enduring relationships with artists, curators, collectors, and cultural organizations.
• Assess artistic merit, originality, and commercial viability for long-term success.
• Compile artist evaluation reports and provide acquisition recommendations.
• Explore opportunities to secure exclusive gallery representation agreements.
• Support the organization of international exhibitions and cultural initiatives.
• Guide junior scouting staff and contribute to the gallery’s global talent strategy.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder & CEO on artist acquisition tactics and strategic growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Curatorial Studies, Cultural Management, or related fields.
• Extensive experience with galleries, museums, auction houses, biennials, or international cultural bodies.
• Deep familiarity with the contemporary art market.
• A robust international network across the art community.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
