Role Objectives
The Senior Talent Partner - University Recruitment/Early Careers leads the design and execution of the university and early career hiring initiatives. The primary focus is managing the full university recruiting lifecycle, including campus outreach, talent sourcing, selection, onboarding, and nurturing pipelines for full-time opportunities. This position coordinates closely with multiple stakeholders and aligns recruiting activities with academic schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute targeted campus hiring strategies in collaboration with relevant academic institutions and degree programs.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, student engagement events, and university presentations to strengthen the employer brand.
- Foster and maintain strong partnerships with university career offices, faculty, and student bodies.
- Manage the end-to-end internship recruitment process encompassing sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer extensions.
- Coordinate internally to identify internship role requirements and adhere to program timelines.
- Create and maintain tracking systems to monitor candidate progress and facilitate transitions from internships to permanent positions.
- Collect and analyze recruiting data including pipeline metrics, acceptance rates, and intern satisfaction levels for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in university or early career recruitment with management of large-scale hiring operations.
- Proven capability to coordinate multi-stakeholder recruitment programs under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills engaging students, educational staff, hiring managers, and executives.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and use of data-driven recruiting approaches.
- Preferred: Experience establishing early-career recruitment initiatives from inception.
- Preferred: Background recruiting for technical or scientific roles.
- Preferred: Existing connections with university career centers and STEM-focused student groups.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected base salary range is from 97,123 to 126,652 USD annually, variable depending on qualifications and market factors. Total compensation also includes performance bonuses, equity options, and a robust benefits package.
