Job description
Role Overview
This position is for a high-energy Allied Health recruiter working fully remotely from Texas. The role sits within a healthcare staffing and workforce solutions environment and focuses on connecting clinical talent with healthcare facilities across the country. The ideal person is competitive, relationship-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving setting.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish rather than simply sourcing candidates. You will work as a key partner to both clinicians and hiring teams, using internal tools, existing lead databases, and proactive outreach to fill critical assignments.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of allied health professionals through internal databases, social channels, and creative networking.
- Work closely with account managers to understand facility requirements and align clinicians with active openings.
- Handle compensation discussions and guide candidates through the offer stage to successful placement.
- Stay in close contact with assigned clinicians to support retention, resolve issues, and provide responsive service.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals that support overall team growth.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
- At least 6 months of experience in a professional business, sales, or staffing setting.
- Strong persuasive communication skills, both spoken and written.
- A self-driven approach with the ability to juggle tasks under pressure and adjust quickly to changing demands.
- Willingness to support a national client base, including occasional after-hours coordination for clinicians.
Why This Role Stands Out
This opportunity combines the close-knit feel of a specialized recruiting team with the backing of a large global organization. You’ll have access to advanced sales and marketing tools, broad career development opportunities, and a culture that emphasizes inclusion, employee wellbeing, and a balanced work experience.
Equal Opportunity Statement
The employer is committed to equal employment opportunity. All qualified candidates will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status.
