Role overview

A major financial services organization is looking for an accomplished Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring operations on a 4-month contract in Charlotte, North Carolina or Frisco, Texas. The position follows a hybrid work arrangement.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to evaluation, job advertising, talent pipeline development, staffing coordination, and offer management. The role works with limited supervision and is also expected to guide less experienced team members on effective talent acquisition practices.

Core responsibilities

Create sourcing and hiring plans that help attract suitable candidates, run the interview process, and present offers while keeping cost-per-hire low.
Improve candidate communication workflows, including coordinating interviews and responding to candidate inquiries.
Develop and maintain targeted talent pipelines through job fairs, campus hiring efforts, and similar outreach activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers after interviews to support candidate ranking and selection decisions.
Post and maintain job openings across internal and external recruiting platforms.
Advise hiring managers on recruiting approaches and hiring practices that align with organizational goals.

Experience and qualifications

A university degree is preferred. The client is seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience, and 5+ years is preferred.

Compensation

The pay range is $42.12 to $44.12 per hour.

Additional details

This assignment is expected to last 4 months. The role is based in Charlotte, NC or Frisco, TX and operates in a hybrid format.
