Overview
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates primarily in the IT sector, with responsibilities spanning global talent acquisition, headhunting, and leadership recruitment. It demands agility to operate effectively under fast-paced conditions, meeting tight deadlines and managing budget constraints while securing top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
- Conduct worldwide talent sourcing utilizing various channels, including job boards, social networking, and direct outreach for passive candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates’ technical abilities, experience, and cultural alignment through structured interviews and evaluations.
- Handle lateral and leadership hiring for IT and Non-IT roles, focusing on filling niche and critical positions.
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines for challenging-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with role requirements.
- Offer market insights, including talent trends and salary benchmarking, to stakeholders.
- Innovate sourcing strategies to address urgent hiring needs within strict timelines and financial limits.
- Maintain efficient recruitment metrics, such as turnaround time, submission-to-hire ratios, and offer acceptance rates, ensuring quality hires and prompt closures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in technical recruitment focused on IT roles.
- Expertise in global sourcing and headhunting practices.
- Proficiency in conducting lateral and leadership-level hiring.
- Strong evaluation skills for candidate screening and assessment.
- Capability to thrive under pressure, delivering results promptly and within budget.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position located in Gurugram, Haryana, operating on-site with some hybrid work flexibility. The role requires a notice period of up to 15 days. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic, high-demand environment aimed at delivering quick and efficient hiring outcomes.
