Talent Acquisition Specialist - Real Estate

About the Role

MTS Group is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in the real estate sector to join the team in Dubai. This role involves managing complete recruitment processes, employee relations, HR operations, and aiding multiple departments in their staffing needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment specifically for real estate agents.
• Source, screen, and conduct interviews ensuring candidates align with both professional criteria and company culture.
• Oversee onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and track attendance.
• Assist in payroll preparation and manage leave processes.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance reviews and appraisal processes.
• Ensure HR activities comply with UAE Labor Law and organizational standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in HR within the Dubai real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment in the real estate domain.
• Familiarity with UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication combined with interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Joining

The salary range offered is between 5000 AED and 8000 AED per month. Candidates available to join immediately will be prioritized.
