Head of Talent / Talent Specialist

Position Overview

This role is fully remote and open globally, classified as full-time employment. The salary range offered is from $60,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on the candidate's experience and geographical location. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and refine systems and workflows to enhance the hiring process as Iliad continues to grow.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define assessment standards.
• Actively source potential candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

• Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively convey Iliad's mission to prospective employees.
• Prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable navigating uncertain scenarios and making decisions despite incomplete data.
• Aptitude for working remotely across distributed teams.
• Willingness and ability to frequently travel to events within the United States and the United Kingdom.
• Interest in AI alignment is a bonus, though not obligatory.
